We had no problems at all with our stay. Wonderful home & Perfect location.

What you see is definitely what you get, this place is right on the beach and is very comfortable! We were left without access to the beach and to the pool for our first day there but after we were provided with the information and were able to use it for the rest of the trip. beds, kitchen, table tops were extremely clean however the floors were not but do not let that deter you from staying here! this place is in a great location and kevin was very friendly. 10/10 recommend for a family getaway!

Kevin’s place is great! It was clean and easily accessible. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Kevin’s place is in an awesome location with a great view and convenient to attractions! We would definitely stay there again

This is a perfect location with kids!! It’s on the third floor with beach view over looking the pool so we were able to keep an eye on the older kids while on the balcony. This is a VERY short walk to the beach. It’s near a few good restaurants within walking distance. If you have kids, it’s only a mile from The Hangout, which is a family fun-friendly place! It’s definitely walkable but we Ubered due to the heat and we didn’t have any long waits with those! It’s also very close to surf shops to grab some souvenirs. The condo had everything you needed to cook with! The beds were surprisingly very comfortable! The king bed reminded me of ours at home. We slept great! Location is great and condo is a perfect setup!
