We enjoyed it. Well equipped and convenient. Positive: Quiet. Location was wonderful! Negative: Could have been a bit cleaner. Stains on the furniture and carpet on the stairs was pretty dirty. Blinds in living room and guest bedroom were broken.

Outside stairs are VERY steep and scary; could use treads and additional hand rail on house side. Carpeted stairs inside were absolutely gross, probably clean, but stained and ugly. We wore our shoes always. Love Seat arm is stained horribly. Not many glasses and only ONE wine glass. Like new refrigerator; made all the ice we needed. Worked very well. I cleaned the inside of the windows looking toward the beach; they were atrocious. King bed was comfortable; Guest Bed not so much. Could not figure out how to work TV nor internet; was sent wrong password for wifi and didn't know which WiFi was linked to the property. Amy rescued us relatively timely. FABULOUS location, so close to the water. Just Lovely. Outdoor shower is a disgrace; filled with old stuff, broken chairs, etc.. We cleaned it up some so we could use the outdoor shower. This should be addressed. Overall it was an okay place, probably won't book again. Total price just not worth it to me plus the ultra scary stairs!
