The house was clean, comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Beautiful location right on the beach, can even see dolphins swim by! Kevin and his team responded very quickly when had a couple things. I stayed for a month and I worked remotely, wifi good speed. It’s a duplex, there could be neighbours on the other side and share a wall. Great value, would recommend and come back!

NIce Place, great location

Overall, the location was perfect and beach access was private and not crowded like the public access points. There were a couple things that needed attention but that did not affect our comfort. These things were brought up to the POC and they were very responsive. We would stay here again.

Nice place, ended up buying paper plates after finding dirty plates. Over all nice place close to the beach, would go back.

We really enjoyed the property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were all well sized. Living room was small but represented properly in photos. Only improvements would’ve been cleanup in parking area, better outdoor furniture and ideally access to rinse feet after beach before entering the home. Host was very responsive! Location was quiet, great beach access location and quick drive to restaurants. We’d definitely stay again.

Beautiful beach. The house is located in a great spot with fantastic access to the beach. The A/C works really well. However, this is not really a duplex. You are basically living with your neighbors. There is a very thin door between the two living spaces. The door is not well insulated, and you can practically see through the gaps. But the issue is the noise. You can hear everything being said and done on the other side. The home needs a good cleaning and some repairs. A pillow left on the primary bed had a huge brown spill on it. We put a towel over the banister because it was so sticky and gross. Most of the dishes in the cabinet are dirty, and there are not very many kitchen tools provided. The carpet on the stairs should be replaced. I didn't think the table downstairs looked great in the photos. It looks worse in reality and is unusable. The one hose at the front of the carport was taken by the next door neighbors. So we had no way to clean sand off of our feet.

This house is in a fantastic location right on the beach.

Fabulous View Positive: Kim was an absolute sweetheart and a pleasure to talk with. 2476 is right on the beach and has a spectacular view. I would highly recommend. Negative: Vacuum didn't work, would not clean the sand out of the carpet. Stairs and railing had not been cleaned at all. Rest of the place was great. I only bring up the vacuum cause I'm the type of person that likes to leave the plalllln better shape than what I arrived too.
