We had a great time here! Definitely would recommend.

The room was good and clean, and the beds were okay, but the building it's in is not maintained or updated, mold, broken glass doors covered with duck tape, unsafe play area, and rusty elevators I would never stay at this hotel again. The smell of Marijuana was constantly in the air. Did not know we had to pay additional parking fees after booking a room for almost 2k. The front desk was very rude when checking in and asking why I was being charged. I booked mainly for the play area, but so many kids slipped and fell and hit their heads because equipment is plastic and has no feet grips, so my kids didn't even get to enjoy that. Pool has black mold all around it, so you can tell it's never cleaned, and that was the topic of talk around the pool.

Good time but wish the weather had been better which has nothing to do with the property. Positive: Great view of the beach! Negative: Too bad it was under construction.

Great place to stay Positive: The views were fantastic. Close to everything and very comfortable furniture. Has a washer dryer combo that made things very easy to keep up on keeping things tidy. Negative: Needed some basics like trash bags and more than 2 dishwasher tablets. It should come with those basics for the cost to help the renters keep your place clean.

The location was great as were beach access and indoor pool and hot tubs.

Beautiful condo with beautiful views of the Gulf. Very clean and had everything we needed for our week long stay.

Disappointed in the value vs quality of facility Positive: No breakfast Negative: Dated and starting to show wear and tear. We stayed at same rental 6 months ago and loved it; you can tell there has been no upkeep done since and things need to be freshened up. Called to report broken or damaged items on arrival and as we were there, I noticed other things that were damaged. Mold in the shower in the second bedroom on suite, chair broken on balcony, melted plastic ware in cabinet, stains on shower curtain in the second bathroom, rug in living room very worn and in need of replacement. Two elevators were out of service during our stay and it started to make me question the price paid. Price was higher than our previous stay and the quality was noticeably degraded. Disappointed this time with the value.
