Although our place was peaceful and beautiful the place smelled like rotten sewage, slow drains, no lock in master on balcony slide door, kids bunk had to be tightened up by wrench cause it was super loose. Kevin did send a maintenance over for drains and when I told him about stench coming from water heater closet he said just run hot water but we had already showered and run hot water. When I messaged owner back about our disappointment and concern I never received a response. It was a really nice place so it was disappointing . The odor was so bad we could not sleep well.
