Sweet woman, very clean place, beautiful home away from home, and way bigger than the pictures let on! Great AC too.

It was a great OB vacation as always. Just love it there!!! Huge space for 3 families with lots of storage! The lazy river was a hit with all of us!

We loved this condo. Although we didn’t know what to expect when visiting Orange Beach (it’s one huge condo building after the next), this condo would be hard to beat. The bedrooms were even larger than they appeared in the photos and the family room was lovely with huge windows with views of the gulf. The elevators were often busy but we never had to wait long to catch one.

This property was amazing for my family and we enjoy our time together. Positive: The views from every room was amazing. The place was so clean and well maintained. Negative: There were no hangers in any of the bedrooms so we had to go buy some and left them in the unit.

We decided to spend time together this year away from home after the holidays and we were so glad we did. The condo was a great unit to stay in. It was close to OWA (about 25 minutes) and we got an amazing view. The only hiccup we had was about the parking but we got it sorted thanks to the wonderful lady at the front desk. We would absolutely stay here again.

This condo has a great layout. The kids loved the bunk beds. It has a spacious living /dining/ kitchen area with lots of widows, seating, and a very large balcony. It is very well furnished and the tastefully decorated.

Loved the condo and the location! Had plenty of room for our two families and more to spare. Views from the spacious balcony were amazing. I would book this condo over and over because of the space and easy access to beach. No wait on elevators and this unit is on the end by a trash chute so convenience is 10/10!

Remarkable condo that exceeded mine and my entire family expectations. Stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The panoramic vistas from the condo are truly a sight to behold. The condo itself is incredibly spacious, offering ample room to relax and unwind. The amenities were top-notch, and the host was exceptionally responsive. In summary, this condo is a gem. The combination of prime location, breathtaking views, spacious interiors, and impeccable cleanliness makes it an ideal choice for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable stay.

The phoenix condominium had great activities for all of the children that accompanied us during our stay (aged 11 months to 14 years old) and they all had plenty of fun things to do ALL DAY. However, our floors were extremely dirty. They looked like they hadn't been mopped in a long time due to when my baby walked across the floors the first day and crawled around the house his feet and legs were black. Also, under the furniture was very, very dirty which we discovered as things got pushed under the couch and the bed and had to be retrieved. The pots and pans supplied were in very bad condition and there was very limited amounts of pans which was frustrating because we cooked quite a bit during our stay. The condo only had 4 elevators to supply to whole building and one of those were down for two of the busiest days we were there. That isn't the host's fault by any means, but it is something possible guests should be aware of. It took us over 30 minutes to get back to our room twice.

This condo was offered to us after our first choice was sold. In the end, this condo met our needs and was perfect for our time together as an extended family. The kitchen, living area and balcony was plenty spacious for 11 adults preparing meals, eating and spending time together. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was convenient. We had a couple of maintenance hiccups and Kevin was immediately in touch and on task with a plan and kept us informed and updated. I hope we can stay here again in the future.
