This house was the perfect getaway for my husband and I to bring my mom and our 10 month old to the beach for the weekend. Even though this is one house, it’s setup more like two separate spaces which is great when baby and grandma needed to get to bed early. Amenities were nice - we stayed in and cooked most nights with all of the right utensils and kitchen gadgets available to us. The neighbors were also very friendly, and we felt safe and welcomed. We also really enjoyed the outdoor covered patios and walkability to the beach. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience in our vacation staying at this place!

Our stay was great. The first day we noticed the upstairs AC was only going up in temperature despite lowering the temperature. Kevin had an AC repairman out within an hour-hour and a half. It was great price for the house and location. We were able to walk to the beach everyday and occasionally walk to local restaurants. The only downfall was the upstairs would not stay cool the entire trip and would take a long time to cool down well into the night. This made sleeping upstairs a little less pleasant.

Nothing but positives to say about this place. We had a few housekeeping issues that were resolved very quickly. Host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Great for what we needed. Easy walk to beach.

Perfect for 3 coaches. 5 min walk to the beach, tons of restaurants, shopping and fun within a mile. Two kitchens came in handy and the upstairs porch was very peaceful. Easy to find and very comfortable! Felt right at home! Can’t wait to come back and hopefully stay again!

Really cute house. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay there again. Also a very good location for all of the restaurants.

We loved our stay at Big Island! Perfect location for our crew. We had two families with small children. We brought our own baby gate which was perfect to use at the top of stairs (there is a door to shut, but we preferred to leave it open). There was one small AC problem. No air on the first floor, but a window unit was put in which was a game changer for the house temperature. We loved the walk to the beach and local restaurants! We would stay again!

Wonderful house, amazing vacation! We loved that there were 2 kitchens since we technically had 2 separate families sharing one house. Lots of room to have some space when we needed it. We were constantly on the balcony for coffee, reading, naps, and cocktails. The walk to the beach even in the scorching summer heat was super easy even with toddlers (much better than some condos right on the beach) I can't say enough good things!

Location !!! We had a great trip on our spring break. This house is comfortable and cozy. Nice kitchen and open floor plan with table, couch and TV. Wonderful deck with lots of fresh air all week. Barely 2 blocks to walk onto the beach with a crossing light for extra safety. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars, but not too close. The block is very quiet. The house could use a few minor upgrades and has the original windows, but overall a great stay.

Fantastic accommodation, above our expectations, great layout!!!! Will definitely rent again.
